"OPS" BI-ORIENTED POLYSTYRENE Sheet

The main features of this sheet : no taste, no odor, high transparency, stiffness, easy                                    forming/processing and cheapness, do assure of it the primacy in different packaging sectors.

The OPS sheet we supply is certified according to ISO-9002 and to CFR 21#177.1640 F.D.A.

    Natural BIOPLASTIC : 100% biodegradable and compostable sheet  

"PLA" POLY(LACTIC) ACID Sheet

The PLA is a biopolimer obtained from the mais starch (with a process different from the Mater-Bi).               The PLA we supply is totally biodegradable and compostable according to EN13432. 

Withstands temperatures up to 50°C. It is perfectly transparent and mainly used for the         production of thermoformed cups/containers with esthetic and mechanical features similar to polystyrene.

"mPLA" modified-POLY(LACTIC) ACID Sheet

The mPLA is a development of PLA sheet in terms of heat-resistance, so to be used also in traditional and microwave ovens.

The mPLA we supply is totally biodegradable and compostable according to EN13432.

Shows an advanced resistance to high temperatures - up to 115°C - without however

losing the features, the performances and the environmental impact of the PLA biopolymer                           itself.
